Hi guys! This post is a little outside of my usual outfit post. Since fitness is something that I find myself constantly struggling with, I thought it would be an opportune time to talk about it a little bit.
I fell in love with the barre workout a few years ago and it became my go-to workout. I attended classes consistently for two years, and was in the best shape of my life. And then life happened. I received a job promotion {that involved not having a set schedule}, the Hubs also received a promotion {whoo!} and the boys got involved in more after school activities. Suddenly, finding time to go to the studio for class became a challenge.
Tired of making excuses for myself, I decided to commit to in-home workouts. I knew I needed to find a workout that was both motivating and fun to keep me moving. Luckily, a high school friend {and ballet classmate} introduced me to a fun dance workout that she developed -
