TGIF! Just wrapped up yet another hectic but productive week. Now off to a quick weekend trip to the Big Easy to celebrate a couple of dear friends. The Ribbon Project

When I was just starting this blog, a handbag company approached me and asked if I would like to take part in bringing awareness to their movement. Of course I agreed {see first glimpse of their beautifully crafted bag here}. Angela & Roi are a husband and wife team who started a vegan leather handbag company with a cause. Right now, they are running a campaign called "The Ribbon Project", where anyone can leave hopeful messages and positive energy to cancer and disease patients. I encourage you take a few minutes out of your day and check out their campaign here. I'm sure your small gesture would mean the world to some of these fighters.

Hemlines

Hello! Sorry for being MIA. I spent most of the week travelling and getting my self acclimated to the new and exciting job. There is definitely a lot of great things brewing up here on Aislerchic. 

Now speaking of great things....can we talk about how amazing this dress is? I've always wanted a scarf print dress and never seemed to find the perfect one, until I laid eyes on this. The weight and airiness of the dress is perfect for warm summer days.
